Punjab’s earlier student bike scheme used e-balloting where eligible applications exceeded available quotas. Do not assume every scheme uses the same ballot
The newer 2026 electric-bike framework focuses on approved models, financing and delivery. A final consumer notice must confirm whether selection is first-come, eligibility-based, quota-based or through e-balloting. Our eligibility guide separates confirmed rules from assumptions.
If balloting is used
Use the application reference generated by the official portal and check results only through the government-approved channel. No private agent can legitimately sell a guaranteed ballot result. Start with the apply-online checklist so your application is submitted through the correct route.
Financing approval

Delivery
The 2026 framework says Bank of Punjab will coordinate with applicants for booking, registration and delivery. Verify the assigned manufacturer/dealer and do not accept a substituted model without official program authorization. Review the approved model and warranty requirements before accepting delivery.
