Electric Bike Price in Pakistan and Scheme Limit

How retail e-bike prices compare with Punjab’s 2026 scheme financing threshold.

Electric bike prices in Pakistan vary widely by battery, motor, range, brand, assembly quality, registration and warranty. A government scheme adds another layer: the price must also fit the program’s approved-model and financing rules. See the current Punjab 2026 scheme framework first.

Punjab’s 2026 price framework

The Punjab Transport registration document says the government will finance an e-bike priced up to PKR 300,000 under the described scheme framework. Manufacturers can offer a model above that price, but the amount exceeding PKR 300,000 is to be paid upfront by the applicant.

Retail price is not scheme price

A dealer can advertise an e-bike at a certain retail price, but that model may not be approved for the scheme. Always check the official model list when the application portal is live. Our approved models and warranty guide covers what to verify.

What to compare

Look beyond headline price. Compare battery capacity and chemistry, claimed range, motor/controller warranty, battery warranty, service centers, spare parts and registration costs. These factors also affect whether a cheaper bike is actually better value.

Financing

Government incentives and Bank of Punjab financing can change the applicant’s upfront and monthly cost. Use the live program calculator or financing schedule rather than estimating installments from a retail price alone. When ready, follow the Punjab online application checklist.

If selection is limited, the next stage may involve the process described in our balloting, financing and delivery guide. Return to the Electric Bike Scheme homepage for the complete topic map.
